Flavors this week - Estes Park 6/11/2015 & Larimer County 6/13/2015

We are looking forward to this week's markets. Should be a little cooler but perfect for the market. Spring produce is coming in and we are really excited to see everyone coming out to join us. Things are starting to ramp up for the season and we are excited.

Cupcakes:
Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting:
Classic carrot cake with pecans topped with a traditional cream cheese frosting.

Orange Creamsicle Cupcakes:
Like the classic summer treat these are a blend of orange and vanilla!

Salted Caramel Cupcakes:
Vanilla cupcakes with a hint of caramel, a salted Caramel Better than Buttercream Frosting topped with a drizzle of caramel and a sprinkle of salt.

Quiche:
Broccoli & Cheddar:
Fresh broccoli is combined with sharp cheddar cheese for a savory quiche.

Ham & Cheddar:
Rich sharp cheddar compliments the rich salty and slightly sweet ham.


Bacon, Apple & Onion:
The Vidalia onions are here! We slow caramelize them and then add them fresh granny smith apples, bacon and sharp cheddar cheese. Sweet, savory, tart and rich all in one dish.

Bacon & Onion:
Who doesn't love Bacon (Kirk's shirts every week should show that he does!). We took the caramelized Vidalia onions and add them to bacon and cheddar for a hearty savory quiche.
