This week we did a catering order for a spring wedding luncheon where the bride and her family has some specific dietary needs. We needed a menu for desserts that were gluten free and dairy free. They chose four items, three gluten free dairy free and one gluten free. We did Red Velvet Cupcakes (GF & DF pictured below), Chocolate Swirl Brownies (GF), Deconstructed Caramelized Banana Cream Pies (GF & DF) and finished it with a refreshing Raspberry Mousse in Shortbread Cups (GF & DF pictured below).
